Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and sort orders using RF scanners and digital systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and housekeeping standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train motivated candidates
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (or currently enrolled)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Reliable transportation to our facility near I-94 and M-10
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM, 4 days/week)
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety-first culture
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
