Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after certification) in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage areas to ensure accuracy
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets and maintain workflow
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and staging shipments for delivery
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy
- Reliable transportation to/from the 10 PM-6 AM shift schedule
- Willingness to work in varying temperature conditions (cool warehouse environment)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Strong work ethic and commitment to punctuality and attendance
