Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory storage systems
- Perform quality control checks on products
- Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and warehouse procedures
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Complete documentation tasks using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Stamina for 8-10 hour shifts standing/walking
- Basic math and literacy skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours
- Flexible schedule availability (10 PM - 6 AM)
