Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing certification training
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy within ±1% tolerance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols while maintaining clean, organized workstations
- Collaborate with overnight supervisors to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues
- Process inbound shipments and stage products for next-day delivery
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent;GED acceptable
- Basic computer literacy and comfort learning new technology systems
- Reliable transportation to the Mission District facility
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
