Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after completing paid training
- Manage inventory using digital tracking systems with remote guidance
- Load/unload shipments during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions for skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during night shifts
- Basic computer literacy for remote training modules
- Reliable transportation to Jacksonville facility
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
