Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using barcode scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after completing training
- Maintain organized inventory storage and stock rotation systemsConduct daily equipment safety checks and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to work in temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork mentality
- Pass background check and drug screening
