Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift/pallet jack) after certification training
- Maintain clean and organized warehouse spaces to meet safety standards
- Perform inventory counts and document discrepancies in digital systems
- Collaborate with night shift team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company security procedures
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
