Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training programs covering warehouse operations, safety protocols, and equipment operation
- Assist with receiving, sorting, and storing inventory under supervision
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Perform inventory management tasks including cycle counts and documentation
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and adhere to all safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Report operational issues and suggest process improvements
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Willingness to work overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
