Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones
- Pick and pack orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workspace standards
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity goals
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM-6 AM)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Team-oriented mindset and communication abilities
- Passion for learning warehouse operations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
