Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with on-the-job certification
- Maintain organized inventory in 25,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless dock operations
- Complete nightly cycle counts and documentation reports
- Assist in unloading trucks and staging outbound orders
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to earn forklift certification during paid training
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
