Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments using barcode systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jacks) with proper training
- Maintain organized warehouse inventory and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Perform quality checks on outgoing products
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required - we provide full paid training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM schedule (4-5 nights/week)
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone familiarity
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
