Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and conveyor systems with proper training
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas and perform regular cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and report equipment maintenance needs
- Assist in monthly inventory audits and reconciliation processes
- Support facility cleanliness and organization during shift operations
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8+ hours)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Valid government-issued photo ID (required for background check)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with occasional lifting of 70 pounds
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Reliable transportation to/from the 10 PM - 6:30 AM shift schedule
- Willingness to work weekends as needed during peak seasons
