Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders with precision for next-day delivery fulfillment
- Maintain organized inventory in warehouse racking systems using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Perform quality checks on products before shipping to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Operate warehouse technology systems including inventory management software
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in repetitive tasks
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation
- Reliable transportation to Harbor Bay Parkway location
- Flexibility to work 4-5 night shifts per week (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid government-issued ID for background verification
