- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Organize inventory in designated warehouse zones with barcode scanning systems
- Pick and pack orders accurately for next-day delivery
- Maintain clean and safe work areas following OSHA guidelines
- Operate material handling equipment after completing certification
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize nightly workflow efficiency
- Conduct basic quality checks on outgoing products
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required – we train everyone!
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to the 10 PM - 6 AM shift
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid by employer)
