Responsibilities
- Load/unload shipments and sort packages efficiently
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after training
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Follow safety protocols and maintain organized workspaces
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity goals
- Assist with quality control and inspection processes
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to all backgrounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Willingness to work overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation
