- Unloading, sorting, and organizing incoming shipments with precision
- Picking and packing orders for timely delivery accuracy
- Operating warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintaining inventory records and stock levels
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and cleanliness standards
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
- Assisting with inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide full training!
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our Philadelphia facility
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
