Responsibilities
- Accurately scan, sort, and package incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training
- Maintain organized inventory using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with team to meet nightly productivity targets
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean workspaces
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
- Participate in regular inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours overnight
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Cleveland facility
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
