Responsibilities
- Unloading and sorting incoming shipments with precision
- Picking and packing orders according to specifications
- Operating material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintaining organized inventory and warehouse cleanliness
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily targets
- Adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Assisting with cycle counts and inventory audits
Qualifications
- No prior experience necessary – we train everyone!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
