Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package incoming shipments according to company protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using handheld scanning devices
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing safety certification
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely loading/unloading of trucks
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Complete daily paperwork and digital records with precision
- Participate in quarterly safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Reliable transportation to Gibson Blvd SE location
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
