Responsibilities
- Monitor and sort inbound shipments with precision and accuracy
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklift, pallet jacks)
- Perform inventory audits and maintain detailed electronic records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Support outbound shipping processes and quality control checks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
