Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse zones
- Operate barcode scanners for accurate inventory tracking
- Perform cycle counts and stock replenishment tasks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per safety standards
- Collaborate with overnight team to meet daily targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours during shift
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally with proper technique
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
