Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory incoming shipments using warehouse management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment after training certification
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for timely outbound delivery
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workspaces
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operational handovers
- Participate in monthly safety and process improvement workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
