Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided)
- Scan, sort, and organize incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory records via WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Perform cycle counts and quality checks
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy (training provided for specialized systems)
- Reliable transportation to our Alaskan Way facility
- Flexible availability for weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Background check and drug screen required
