Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently after paid training
- Handle inventory management, scanning, and order fulfillment
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces following safety protocols
- Collaborate with night shift team to meet daily targets

Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to stand/walk for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to Charlotte facility
