Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized stock areas
- Inspect and sort incoming/outgoing shipments for quality control
- Adhere to all company safety standards and OSHA guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Complete documentation and inventory tracking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in team settings
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided
- Valid driver’s license preferred
