Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload trucks and organize inventory with training on pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform quality control checks and documentation as per company standards
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA safety guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Operate warehouse management systems after completing training modules
- Participate in monthly safety training and process improvement initiatives
- Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Phoenix facility
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shift schedule
- No warehouse experience required – training provided
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check
- Comfortable working in cool, dark warehouse environment
