Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper training and safety protocols
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic scanning and documentation
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain clean workspaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance operational skills
- Support physical inventory counts and cycle count initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Reliable transportation to/from night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new technologies
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- No prior warehouse experience required – training provided!
