Responsibilities
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Efficiently retrieve products using RF scanners and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock organization.
- Material Handling: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and conveyor systems to load and unload trucks.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect goods for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety regulations and workplace protocols to prevent accidents.
- Team Operations: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth workflow during night shifts.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older.
- No Experience Necessary: We train all new hires on-site; prior warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and flexible weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable learning handheld scanning technology.
