Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment following safety protocols
- Manage inventory using barcode scanning systems and digital tracking tools
- Pick, pack, and ship orders with 99.5% accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with OSHA standards
- Participate in cross-functional team projects for process improvement
- Complete training modules for equipment certification and safety compliance
- Assist in receiving, storing, and inventorying incoming shipments
- Document daily operations in warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
- No prior warehouse experience necessary – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation and ability to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass background check and drug screening
