Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory according to company standards
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after certification
- Maintain organized and efficient warehouse layout through strategic stocking
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Assist with inventory audits and documentation tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires!
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (8-10 hours)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to our Charlotte facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with proper training
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Willingness to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
