Responsibilities
- Safely operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after training completion
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments and inventory
- Maintain clean, organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals
- Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking and reporting
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours during night shift
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to 4500 Industrial Parkway
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work overnight schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
