As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are accurately prepared for shipment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and keeping our facility running smoothly during the overnight hours. We value hard work, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and scanners, in a safe and compliant manner.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, errors, or quality issues.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace.
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed by management.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors during the shift.
Qualifications
- Ability to work the Night Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
- Basic math and reading skills are necessary for scanning and counting.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
