- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and warehouse organization.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided on the job).
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and workplace regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive training; prior warehouse experience is not required.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Communication: Basic English reading and writing skills required.
