As a key member of our night operations team, you'll ensure seamless logistics operations while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse. Our comprehensive training program covers safety protocols, equipment operation, and inventory management – designed specifically for career changers and entry-level candidates.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) after completing paid training
- Accurately scan, sort, and package products for shipment
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly productivity targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
- Adhere to company policies and security protocols
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Willingness to work nights (10 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems training
