Responsibilities
- Sort and package shipments with precision using RF scanners
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts per schedule
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with training)
- Maintain accurate documentation in WMS systems
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (4x10 hour shifts: 6PM-4:30AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Valid driver's license preferred
