Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and labeling of customer orders with 99.9% accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts (training provided).
- Conduct daily inventory audits and stock organization to maintain optimal warehouse flow.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
