Responsibilities
- Perform receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of inventory accurately and efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with training provided.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper packaging standards are met.
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED (preferred but not strictly required).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to follow instructions.
