Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, pallets, and inventory using standard warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily targets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets strict quality standards before shipment.
- Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and keep the workspace clean and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with Team: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred, but not strictly required.
