Responsibilities
- Packing & Labeling: Accurately pack, label, and prepare products for shipment according to safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining warehouse organization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (training provided), and conveyor systems.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company quality assurance protocols.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and report hazards immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with shift supervisors and team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work nights (3rd shift) and weekends.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform manual labor.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety protocols.
- Reliability: Must have a consistent work history and reliable transportation.
- Communication: Basic ability to read and understand English and follow verbal/written instructions.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for entry-level).
