Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare, package, and label products for shipment with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory counts and organizing stock areas.
- Equipment Operation: Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We provide on-the-job training for all successful candidates.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (3:00 PM - 1:00 AM).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
