Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming merchandise and inventory shipments.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and strictly adheres to safety protocols.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve order discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Reliable transportation to and from work in Boston, MA.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
