Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently to meet daily operational goals.
- Verify and scan inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and safety.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift certification provided upon hire).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow during night operations.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation as needed.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to punctuality.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required; full training is provided.
