Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory using our barcode scanning systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after paid certification
- Maintain organized warehouse layouts and efficient workflow during night operations
- Perform quality control checks to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Reliable transportation to our Tampa facility
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Flexible availability for night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
