Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using RF scanners
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications for timely shipment
- Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas following safety protocols
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisors
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tasks
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Reliable transportation to/from the night shift schedule
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
