- Load and unload shipments using powered industrial equipment (training provided)
- Sort, organize, and track inventory in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Maintain accurate records using digital inventory management systems
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse or logistics experience required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly with proper training
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
