Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and sort incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Load/unload freight with proper equipment operation (pallet jacks, forklifts after training)
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks in designated warehouse zones
- Maintain clean and organized work areas following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet nightly production targets
- Operate warehouse management systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Adhere to all safety protocols including PPE usage and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - paid training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with frequent bending/lifting
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Willingness to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with proper techniques
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
