Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Receive, inspect, and prepare merchandise for shipment with precision and speed.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment under supervision.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels and organizing warehouse storage areas.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Customer Service: Communicate effectively with team members to resolve daily operational challenges.
- General Labor: Perform light cleaning, tagging, and labeling tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
