Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and verify orders for shipment using handheld scanners and conveyor belts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure accurate labeling before moving items to the loading dock.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided upon certification).
- Sort and stock incoming inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new scanning technologies.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
