Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Sort and organize incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including scanners, conveyors, and packing stations, following all safety protocols.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to prevent accidents and improve workflow.
- Assist in inventory counts and prepare reports for management as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic reading and writing skills to follow safety instructions and labels.
- Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
