Responsibilities
- Unload and sort incoming shipments using scanners and pallet jacks
- Organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse zones
- Operate material handling equipment after paid certification
- Maintain accurate digital inventory records via tablet systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for daily order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and emergency procedures
- Participate in quarterly efficiency improvement initiatives
- Support month-end inventory reconciliation processes
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy for data entry tasks
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Park location
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts (Monday-Friday)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification
